We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering a high-performing sales culture, and embodying Vemicon's core values: trust, a growth mindset, problem-solving, and leadership. In this role, you'll leverage your proven sales expertise and leadership skills to coach, motivate, and empower the team to achieve ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership and Coaching:
    • Provide strategic direction and coaching to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive team success.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to individual team members.
    • Identify and address performance gaps through targeted coaching and development plans.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with overall company objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Partner with marketing and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and lead generation.
    • Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the sales forecasting process.
    • Implement strategies to optimize sales tools and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Account Management and Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Salesforce stakeholders.
    • Foster a collaborative partnership between the sales and delivery teams.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
  • Talent Management:
    • Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent.
    • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
    • Manage sales team compensation and commission plans.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in sales management, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through effective team leadership and coaching.
  • In-depth understanding of the Salesforce sales cycle and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative and motivating work environment.
  • Data-driven approach to sales performance analysis and optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
