Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership and Coaching:
- Provide strategic direction and coaching to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive team success.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to individual team members.
- Identify and address performance gaps through targeted coaching and development plans.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with overall company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify new sales opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and lead generation.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the sales forecasting process.
- Implement strategies to optimize sales tools and processes for maximum efficiency.
- Account Management and Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Salesforce stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative partnership between the sales and delivery teams.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Talent Management:
- Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Manage sales team compensation and commission plans.
